If I have queries regarding a visa application, my questions are answered quickly and in a professional and friendly manner... The fact that they accept our travel agent's cheque makes life easier. Visa Processing experience was good, I received everything on time. I was not aware of your visa tracking system. I use Australia Post Platinum Express envelopes and used their tracking system instead. Most definitely would use your service again.
