Visa Processing experience was good, I received everything on time. I was not aware of your visa tracking system. I use Australia Post Platinum Express envelopes and used their tracking system instead. Most definitely would use your service again.

I couriered the passports to the Vina office in Sydney and received a call less than 48 hours later advising that the visas had already been processed and the passports were ready for collection. With such great service I will definitely be using them again and also recommending them to my clients.
